We understand that there’s no better assurance, of the quality of our products, than to have a physical sample to help your decision making process.

 Our worldwide Free Sample service applies to our B2B customers and to companies who are registered with Identiscents. (click here to register). The service is limited to in-stock items and fragrances only, as indicated on our catalogue. Registered companies must have an activity or a project related to our catalogue of products. Our Free Sample service is not applicable to unregistered companies, retailers or private individuals.

Free Samples have no commercial value and are provided solely to evaluate their physical and artistic characteristics and/or conduct technical and compatibility tests.

Who can register? 

All companies related to perfumery and skincare activity holding a valid trade license. Upon registration, one of our team members will contact you to validate your information and confirm your shipping address. Once approved, your company will be registered and you will benefit from our worldwide Free Sample service. 

Identiscents reserves the right to refuse any company who does not satisfy the outlined criteria above. 

What does the Free Sample service include? 

A wide choice of perfumery accessories with free international shipping.

A maximum number of samples, limited to 3 packaging references per category: bottle, cap, pump and collars with a maximum of 12 references and/or 5 samples of 5ml fine fragrances per shipment. A maximum of 2 free shipments for newly registered companies. Starting from the third shipment, all samples and delivery costs will be charged in advance and refunded on the first commercial order above €1,000.

Although Free Samples have no commercial value, customers and registered companies are responsible for the payment of any additional customs or import charges and fees, if and when obligatory. 

What happens if my company is not registered?

If your company is not registered you can still order samples, and all costs related to samples and delivery will be charged. However, you can apply for a refund on your first confirmed order above €1,000. (click here to register).
